Lakeshore Three was developed by Okanagan Pacific Properties, a partnership between Pacific Capital Real Estate Corporation and the Okanagan's own Kenyon family, of Greyback Construction Ltd.

The principals of Pacific Capital have over 25 years' experience developing quality multi-family residences and commercial projects in British Columbia, Alberta and Washington State.

Lakeshore Three was built by Greyback Construction Ltd., a local family business with generations of experience. Greyback Construction Ltd. offers a comprehensive range of construction services in project management from its head office in Penticton, British Columbia, and has gained an enviable reputation throughout Western Canada for quality, value and the ability to complete diverse construction projects in a timely manner.

The building is designed by Lawrence Doyle, one of Vancouver's master architects of high-rise residences. The interiors are by Jim Toy of False Creek Design Group, an award-winning firm responsible for notable residences throughout the Pacific Northwest.
